By accessing or using TerraSales AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to individual users, business users, and enterprise users accessing TerraSales AI via web or Microsoft Teams.

2. Description of Service

TerraSales AI is a SaaS web application that provides AI-powered functionality for business users and integrates with:

• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
• Microsoft Teams

The Service is provided on a subscription or authorized-access basis and may evolve over time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Authentication

Users authenticate using Google Sign-In or enterprise-approved Microsoft Teams access.

3.2 Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts
• All activities performed under their accounts
• Ensuring authorized use within their organization

Enterprise administrators may manage access at the organizational level.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Misuse or interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Application
• Use the Service in violation of Google or Microsoft policies

Use of the Service must comply with all applicable Google, Microsoft, and enterprise policies.

5. Third-Party Services

TerraSales AI integrates with third-party services, including Google and Microsoft.

• Google and Microsoft are not responsible for TerraSales AI
• Use of Google and Microsoft services is governed by their respective terms and policies
• Rabodis US is not liable for third-party service outages or changes

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TerraSales AI, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Rabodis US or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
• Terminate accounts for security, legal, or operational reasons
• Disable access upon enterprise administrator request

Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, and data handling will follow the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of outputs
• Fitness for a particular purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabodis US shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabodis US from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
