1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TerraSales AI, a product of Rabodis (Robust Stream LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to individual users, business users, and enterprise users accessing TerraSales AI via web or Microsoft Teams.
2. Description of Service
TerraSales AI is a SaaS web application that provides AI-powered sales assistance. To provide its core functionality, the Service integrates with:
- Google OAuth 2.0: For account authentication and identity verification.
- Google Calendar API: To sync, manage, and automate meeting scheduling.
- Microsoft Teams: For enterprise collaboration and communication.
3. Google API Disclosure & Limited Use Policy
TerraSales' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Calendar Access: We access your Google Calendar data (events, settings, and schedules) solely to provide meeting automation and scheduling features within TerraSales.
- Data Minimization: We only request the minimum permissions necessary to facilitate these features.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing (Recall.ai)
To provide enhanced meeting intelligence and recording features, TerraSales integrates with Recall.ai, a third-party service provider.
- Disclosure: By connecting your Google Calendar to TerraSales, you acknowledge that specific meeting data (such as meeting links and participant information) may be shared with Recall.ai to enable meeting recording and transcription services.
- Purpose: This data is shared strictly to facilitate the "Calendar Integration" features requested by the user and is not sold to third parties.
5. User Accounts & Authentication
- 5.1 Authentication: Users authenticate using Google Sign-In or enterprise-approved Microsoft Teams access.
- 5.2 Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring authorized use within their organization.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the Service in violation of Google or Microsoft policies.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in TerraSales AI, including software, trademarks, and logos (TerraSales, TerraGate, NeuraAI), are owned by Rabodis (Robust Stream LLC) or its licensors.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Rabodis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or third-party integrations (Google, Microsoft, or Recall.ai).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
